We – the team in the Scriptaty platform - would like to announce that we have launched the new Direct Messaging System.
The Direct Messaging System, or Instant Messaging System; is simply a system in which users can send and receive messages directly in the form of a chat.
The Direct Messaging System can be used for direct communication between other users (both sellers and buyers).
Also, users can use this messaging system to directly communicate with the Customer Care Service on Scriptaty for any inquiry regarding the platform’s services, or to solve an issue in their account, or help solve an issue with one of the buyers
